The Da Vinci Code

The Da Vinci Code - Dan Brown Couldn't help it but really liked the book - had no idea about how historically incorrect it was, how cheap, easy or silly in its story. I read it, enjoyed it and it made me think. For a while I even thought, embarrasingly, that bits of it were true. Well, I learned but it did show me new things and it showed me that Christianity also had something to offer. Not from a religious perspective (I remain an atheist) but from a historical and perhaps even mysterious one. As long as I can find out at the end what are the facts and what was the fiction in Brown's book (and the debunking books and articles are available), I'm happy to just enjoy the story.
